Today i was talking with my best friend Lora, about my  hair and how to grow it fast, and to keep it in good mood, if you know what i mean :) .

I read on the internet about hair and a lot of tips and triks but none of them, doesen't seems to be true, just a quality article made by someone who doesen't know about.

How Hair Grows Faster – What To Do

Next to learning more about how fast your hair grows naturally, the following tips will help your hair grow faster and will also be healthy for your hair.
  • Healthy eating
    • vitamin-rich diet is probably the best way to get a healthy head of hair because it stimulates the speed of hair growth. Fruit, vegetables and iron-containing foods should be on your  shopping list if you want healthy hair.
  • Brushing the hair
    • Brushing the hair (before and after washing it) stimulates the blood flow to the scalp and distributes the nutrients in the hair more evenly.

    • There are maintenance agents that can be used in the hair to provide moisture. Also, the use of oils ( e.g. Olive oil) is also recommended.

    • Use hair growth vitamin supplements (Viviscal is one of the best hair supplements available at the moment) when you can’t cover your nutritional needs in your normal diet.. Vitamin A, C, H, and all the B vitamins, as well as copper, zinc, keratin (protein), silica and iron help in the quest for healthy and longer hair.
    • What NOT To Do

      You now know what promotes hair growth and what keeps the hair healthy and stable. Now we should mention the things which are not healthy for the hair. In addition to a poor diet and a lot of stress, here are some things that should be avoided if you want to grow your “dream hair.”
      • Shampoos with silicone
        • This type of shampoos dry out the hair and causes it to break down faster. Blow dryers and flat irons have a similar effect as the silicone shampoos. The hair is almost attacked and becomes unstable when you use these products.
      • UV Lightcurly brunette in the air
        • UV rays bleach the hair which is very destructive to the future of your hair and your looks. If you go in the sun extremely often you should protect your hair by wearing a hat, a hoodie or a cap sometimes.
      • Salt and chlorine water
        • The hair is softened and then becomes dry again, which causes a steady change that is bad for the hair, especially when combined with the sun!
      • Hair ties and clips
        • If these are  worn in the same locations on the hair every day, it can cause the hairs to  break there!
      • Bleaching, dyeing, hair extensions and perms
        • A further explanation is unnecessary, as it is well known that all chemicals, used in this realm, attack and cause damage to the hair.

If you already put on a few extra pounds and want a 6 pack killer abs, then it is very important that, you must do exercise, because there is nothing “magical” available that can give you the killer abs! Only focused exercise, proper diet can give you the perfect results. On the other hand, it is very common, especially for beginner bodybuilders even advanced users – they workout for a few months still don’t get any remarkable improvements in their abs! In all cases, the reason is same – loosing focus from the abs exercises!



When we take a closer look on abdominal muscles, we’ll find – three major muscle groups. They are – upper abs, lower abs and Obliques. For a flat belly with 6 or 8-pack abs, we must concentrate on each muscle group exercises.

Usually, you can include upper abs exercise in your regular workout plan. If you include it once in your regular activities, then it will give you the best results. Crunch and sit up is the right exercise for upper abs. But depending on your stamina, weight and other conditions, the repeat depends. It is recommended that, once you level up your exercise from beginners to advanced level – increase your repeat!


Lower abs is the most problematic area and it’s very hard to reduce weight from this part of your body. However, still there are some specialized exercises for that. Leg raises, hanging leg raises can give you the desired results. Alternatively, many people fasten their legs with strings with multi-gym equipments and pull the string with legs. This is another great way to do lower exercise. Now a day, nearly every gym equipped with modern equipments with various biometric monitors, so that the instructors can check the actual pressure and the condition of the muscles. However, according to experts, leg raises and hanging leg raises is the perfect exercise for lower abs, and we strongly agree with that. Notably, many instructors use biometric equipments and other equipments like – various arm holders to improve the exercise along with eliminating all the risks involved with the exercise.


Oblique exercise is necessary for giving a nice shape of your abs. If you ignore the Oblique exercise, then probably lose the opportunity for developing a killer abs! Yes it’s true. There are several exercises dedicated for Obliques. They are – Oblique static hold (weighted), side planks, Russian twist and decline Russian twist, Oblique cable crunches and many others…

As mentioned earlier, lack of focused training for abs is the prime reason for poor abs. Not only that, poor posture and unhealthy diet, lack of micronutrients and rest is also responsible. Only exercise may not give you the best results until you adopt a healthy lifestyle.  Finally, do not attempt any such exercise without expert guidance. We strongly encourage you to perform all exercises with supervision of your gym instructor.

Use your buttocks muscles for a sensual dance


Sensual movement of the bottom and buttocks muscles is one of the most valuable weapons of a woman when she wants to dance provocatively.
But to be able to roll that moves and to make men go crazy, take a few lessons. First, although it seems is not so when we see women who madly move the ass, buttocks muscles are very important in this type of dance.
For toning these buttocks muscles is necessary at least twice a week to do an exercise a little strange to make them be increasingly stronger and give you total control over them.

This exercise, which then become dance move involves you to sit on the butt and spread your legs as much, trying to get into the splits position, if you have enough mobility.
  Then, without having to support hands down, you must contract, preferably to the music, buttocks muscles alternatively. This exercise should be done for a maximum of three minutes. After three minutes rest, your both buttocks simultaneously contract for another three minutes.

The entire operation is repeated twice in a session and this will lead to tone and total control your buttocks muscles.
The dance itself can be learned very easily. Position yourself in front of a wall and stretch your arms until you touch it with your fingertips. Unfold the legs slightly and lift the bottom up. After you do the exercise above, contract your buttocks muscles and you will notice how the entire butt lifts, just as you see the music videos.
You will also observe you tend to lose into balance. To counteract this, arch your back, place your hands on your knees and pull the bottom out. Now contract the muscles by the music rhythm and once you find a position that offers balance, start to curve your body and at the same time, use your hip movement.
